    The thing is, my friends and I go womenizing every friday ^^. Today I got a big ass pimple on my face. Anything to make it go away by tonight?? lol

    just put it on and let it sit for a long ass time.

    i personally would scratch/scrape the top few layers of skin off the head and then squeeze gently to drain it, then put some alcohol in it. when you scrape it, you dont risk getting it deeper in there, and you have less chance of scarring, if you do it right.
