    trainers

You guys ever see those trainers who don't work out? there is this kid who
works at the gold's here. He's about 5'10 and probably 135lb skinny fat. From
what I have seen no one will recieve training from this dude. I wonder how
that works. Shouldn't you be kinda required to have a physically fit apperance to be in a feild like that.

I'm not trying to bash on the guy but it's a serious question. I am in merchant
consulting and in the coast guard both jobs have apperance requirements.
I just kinda figured being a personal trainer would be one of the jobs also but
    I guess not.

there are some slooppy trainers at my gym too. it is like any profession. There are people that are good at what they do and then there are jack asses that are flying by the seat of their pants.

They should be fit, but not all of them are. There is a 220+ girl that's a trainer at my gym.

I had only two trainers that were extremely knowledgeable and great at there job, one is a friend of mine who is an EX NFL linebacker still built like a nightmare and the other is a skinny yet fat old guy......and the old guy is the better trainer of the two.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

    is she a powerlifter?

I got nothing against trainers that have a higher amount of BF because they powerlift. IF they are strong and have good form and can teach exercises then I could careless. They might have trouble getting clients from the general public though.
