    Your music. Your ferocity.

    Hello everyone,

8/10 people working out in the gym listen to their own music. I'm one of those 8. As we all know, music is most definitely a big motivation on-site which boosts your energy, and gives you the right amount of rage to do your workout, especially weights.

I listen to all types of music. Hip-hop/And fast pop especially seem to get me going.

This thread brings all of us music-listeners together, and we put together all the music we listen to.. to help people, especially newbies like me, to get hold of some more different tracks that help other people do good, ferocious workouts.

So, let's go at it. Try to post atleast 10 good tracks which are good and quick on the beat, and make you pump it harder and harder.

    Here's my little list:

I was made for loving you - Scooter.
    Legalize it - Sean Paul.
Don't Phunk with my heart- Black Eyed Peas.
    Let's go - Sean Desman.
Get the party started - Pink.
In the club - 50 cent.
Where da hood at - DMX.
How many licks - Lil' Kim.
Points of Authority - Linkin' Park.
I like to move it - Reel 2 Real.

    Post away...

WHITE ZOMBIE - SUPER SEXY SWINGIN' SOUNDS (the whole cd)
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
