Grab the bitch, start benching her, then do some squats with her.
Then to finish it off do some farmer walks.
That should suffice so you don't have to go outta your way to get in a decent workout
@#$%ing boss scheduled this big project today as OT after hours. So I left my gym clothes/shaker at home. Now she changes her freaking mind.
I take public transit, so there's no way I can hit home and then the gym. Now I have to take a surface route and hope there's some 'el cheapo' store where I can get a pair of shorts and a T.
Why is it I can schedule MY life. And why doesn't anyone take your gym commitment as a legitimate use of your time. My buddy had to get home for the 'baby', which outranks my "you are seriously asking me to take a day off from training to go pack some crap that needs to ship?"![]()
