    I just wanna rant

Okay I am an older guy 40 to be exact and I usually hang out over at bodybuilding.com because they have an over 35 section supposedly for mature bodybuilders.
Well they aren't,.. they are just a bunch of wannabes who quote the latest diet and exercise info that they happen to be reading. In other words they don't know shit the just regurgitate it, and as far as being mature the only thing mature about them is their ability to tell bigger and better lies.

To look at the posts of the regulars that hang out there they are all in tip top condition and masters of the diet, bench and the squat, but is there ever any proof such as pictures of their sculpted abs and massive lifts.... Well No!

For the most part all these regulars do is lurk on the board in hopes that some older newbie will wonder in so they can make the fool think they know something. If you put the word new lifter on a post they will be all over it like a bunch of horny sailors at a cluster fuck.

It really gets kind of comical to watch them get themselves caught in their lies. Case in point.. the one guy that said he had an antique gun collection with over 300 pieces in. He said he even had Annie Oakley's rifle, but when some guy that happened to know about gun collections and knew the curator of the Annie Oakley museum called him on it he went to the mods and said the guy was threatening him.
Case number two, the guy that says he lives in the Philippines with his model slash dancer girlfriend. You know what Dawg... pimpin is easy when it only happens in your mind.
Case number three, in this one there is pic of an old man saying he is doing an 800 pound partial dead lift in the rack. He says the lift was started at the knees but it is obvious to see that the bar was just terribly bent and the weight was not moved at all. The consensus from the regulars, Good lift and thumbs up. They even lie for each other.

By the way, I once asked Mr Dimagio if he would start an over 35 section here and he turned me down, saying that lifters are just lifters and if you have something to say you can say it to lifters of all ages. He is right, but I suspect he just didn't want to see a bunch of old liars congregate here and make fools of themselves.

    That's it I'm done..

Haha, let it all out Carpe

Nah, I know what you mean... on the internet its not hard for people to pass off crappie information, and in some places regulars do it, well, regularely. I think we have a pretty decent group here though and enough people in the know that they'd question anybody putting out bad information. Even among the regulars

I feel your pain brother I live in the south and my favorite food is fried catfish and there is a specialty restaurant within 200 hundred yards of me that only makes Catfish. It's hell when the wind gets just right.

That was one of my things about living in Italy... going to the bakery at 5AM and picking up fresh bread. The bakers were always cool and would hook me up with fresh out of the oven goodness. Good bread is one of my favorite things for sure. Now my stomachs growling. Damn you Wit!
