I met her in a club down in old soho
Where you drink champagne and it tastes just like cherry-cola [lp version:
    Coca-cola]
    C-o-l-a cola
She walked up to me and she asked me to dance
I asked her her name and in a dark brown voice she said lola
    L-o-l-a lola lo-lo-lo-lo lola

Well I’m not the world’s most physical guy
But when she squeezed me tight she nearly broke my spine
    Oh my lola lo-lo-lo-lo lola
Well I’m not dumb but I can’t understand
Why she walked like a woman and talked like a man
Oh my lola lo-lo-lo-lo lola lo-lo-lo-lo lola

Well we drank champagne and danced all night
    Under electric candlelight
She picked me up and sat me on her knee
And said dear boy won’t you come home with me
Well I’m not the world’s most passionate guy
But when I looked in her eyes well I almost fell for my lola
    Lo-lo-lo-lo lola lo-lo-lo-lo lola
    Lola lo-lo-lo-lo lola lo-lo-lo-lo lola

    I pushed her away
    I walked to the door
    I fell to the floor
I got down on my knees
Then I looked at her and she at me

Well that’s the way that I want it to stay
And I always want it to be that way for my lola
    Lo-lo-lo-lo lola
Girls will be boys and boys will be girls
It’s a mixed up muddled up shook up world except for lola
    Lo-lo-lo-lo lola

Well I left home just a week before
And I’d never ever kissed a woman before
But lola smiled and took me by the hand
And said dear boy I’m gonna make you a man

Well I’m not the world’s most masculine man
    But I know what I am and I’m glad I’m a man
    And so is lola
    Lo-lo-lo-lo lola lo-lo-lo-lo lola
    Lola lo-lo-lo-lo lola lo-lo-lo-lo lola

Rap is so terrible. How do you listen to that crap? They talk about being all poor then making it. STFU. They are narcisistic and brag. They hold their jewelry in front of the camera like its cool to look at or something. Rap is horrible and I wish it would go away. I see pictures of people like 50 cent, the game, holding guns. WTF. And kids listen to this stuff. No wonder they don't work hard anymore or have good manners. What happened to promoting family and not being so selfish. They wear their pants so damn low and their shirts so damn big. I could go on forever. Its so bad. UGH.

Theres alot of good rap outthere!! its a shame that your so closed minded to an entire genre!!

me personally I like good music and I don't like bad music. what is good music is highly subjected so if you don't like what someone else is listening too, take a listen.

worst case scenario you still won't like it. best case scenario you will enjoy it and then you have a new cd to listen to. theres nothing better than having a new cd that your realy enjoying!

I am not closed minded. How can you be. They constantly play the music on the radio and MTV. My best friend is black and is all into hip hop. I actually do like Biggie. I just hate this new crap like G-Unit, Mike Jones and anyone on MTV now a days.

If you culd have made a more ignorant comment, i'd be forced to compare u to godhand.

I guess it really just isn't rap. Its all music today. I can't think of any new bands that are really that good. Rap is the worst IMO. You don't hear music like Zepplin, Hendrix, Sabbath, Maiden, Neil Young, anymore. All I hear are songs about being rich, drugs, hanging around in clubs, and Banana's.

Hey that's exactly the problem man, you are used to living up to the music and do as they do, but that's not the thought of rap man, it's just music to enjoy.
not to reenact what they say or do.

Their is allot of great new music out there, its just that the radio doesn't play it and the corporate machine that fuels that industry would rather spew out the bubble gum crap and the flavor of the month rebellion.

i find that any song that has a "climax" point in it is great for working out to. alot of the songs i listed previously have those in them. i find when im doing my cardio, the climax of the song is where i work most intensely

i have to listen to things that put me in workout mood...some yelling and all that is good.
rob zombie is good, shadows fall, Rammstein, slipknot, bleeding through...there are actually a couple of "rap" songs that hit me pretty hard too and help me release my anger pretty well, which leads to heavier weights and more intense workouts.

How can you have Hank in your Avatar and not mention Rollins Band? Weight itself is the ultimate workout cd, for one it's the shape of a weight plate and 2 it really pushes you. All of their music is supercharged like a cup or 20 of 'Black Coffee'
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
