    am i back in gear?

    Hello,IM peepz
I posted an im new to this board thread on the newbie area, but im not as newbie as I am new here.

So, I was hoping for a little info on some topics. The first is what to do about the HS girl thing that is showing up like 10 years later? she is hot and it was good, but its a littel confusing.

Has anyone stacked store bought stuff with a test/tren cycle, what were your results? what did you use? what is reccomended?

When to start B-12 inj.? oral or inject nolva, or orther anti etsro's? When to start proste care supps? durimng or after tren?

Need to lose fat but not really seeking weight gain as much as strength, all advice welcome.

Current routine includes biking 900-1000 miles a week. Runnig at least 15 miles a week, adn lifting, full body routine 3-4 times a week, no gear at the moment, getting in position as you can see alot of cardio taking place. Going to change to a competitive lifiting routine in about 6 weeks, 2 body parts per day, twice per week basically.

Looking forward to sharing whatever I know and learning new things.

    Ant.
