If you hear a scream for help in a deserted place where only you can help, no time to call for someone else or the cops but it can be quite dangerous for you as well.
What the hell do you do?

Throw 2 grenades, lay suppressive fire for 15 seconds and initiate bounding movements to better position myself for a forward observation. Once I have "eyes on" I search for survivors. Seeing none I call in for a MOAB Airstrike (I've always wanted to see one go off). I then return to the rear and recieve my medals for courage and valor under fire.

Been in that situation and went in to help the screaming woman. Turns out a couple of dogs were ripping apart her dog. i managed to kill one but the other dog got away. She was fine and her dog was only hurt superficially.
