    Bench

    Does anyone know a good strong bench, with nothing else on it to do things like BB bench.

    he's asking if there is a bench press that is strong, which can support heavy weight and not get old (screws come loose or something) with nothing on it like those fancy machines with the lat pulldown bars, leg extensions, et cetera so he has room to do DB benching as well so they dont get in the way.

    ok, if it's just a bench then go out to a store or something and buy a flat bench? It's simple. Look for something that is flat and long enough for you to lie down on. ta da!!

    I made my own powercage back when I was 16. Few bits of a metal and a welder. BAM. Real men make their own training equiptment

    Believe me, I was not squatting with 800lbs when I was 16. Or maybe I was. I'll claim it anyway

    When I started to train seriously, I worked out at the gym.

    And knowing how to weld did help it stay together i spose...
