35lbs in what time frame? How quickly did you expect to gain 90lbs

Since october. Were you asking about our progress or were we wante to be? If you were asking about progress I never though I could gain 35 pounds so fast and am very happy with it.

I don't expect to gain the rest until my mid 20's.

Those are great results! You should be extremely pleased with your progress... 90 lbs. will certainly take some time. You'll gain A LOT of size and muscle thickness with maturity... Looking at your build I'd say you're doing far better than a 3 or 4 for your body type! Not sure how much thickness you've attained but you can tell for your body you're build pretty well. Keep it up and hopefully you surpass your goals!

If you want to know why I'm asking about bodybuilding well this is a bodybuliding site... Motivation never hurt anybody.............

I'd rate myself a 6... I've got great thickness but need to improve my conditioning. I've just starting training with ANY regularity again but still have good size and strength because I was the man... Hope everybody gets to where they want to be!

7 for build only...falls to a 5.5 if conditioning is a factor. I need to start playing basketball again, the treadmill is too boring.

I am 6'4, 250lbs. But I would rate myself a one, only because I will never be where I want to be. I will eternally be a one.

If you reach a point that you are satisifed with where you are, you will get lazy. We all know that.... so why ever be satisfied? You can always be better than where you are now.

I would say a 6-7. I graduated from highschool almost 6 years ago and have put on about 40lbs since then, but would like to be at about 215 with 8-9%bf.

When I was competing when I was younger, I'd say I was a 9. Now I've given up competeing but I'd still rate my physique at about a 7.

Can you make this poll so we are able to see what everyone picked. I want to see who picked 10. I rated myself a 3. I gained close to 30 pounds in about 5 months. I now have a good base I think. I weigh a little over 180 at 6' 0". I started at 155. My goal at 155 was to be 185. Now I want to be around 200.

Certainly from where I came (389lbs of pure fat down to 207lbs and now up to 260lbs of muscle)I'm a 10.

From where I want to be I'm a 6. I'm 6'4'' 260lbs 16% BF. I will be down to 10% BF within 4-5 months. At that time I'm sure I'll consider myself an 8 given that achievement.

I've never even looked to try that. How do you allow or not allow for that? I always prefer to keep things private but on this poll if no one has any problems with that I will...

I was a lardass 0 at 300some pounds and 100% bf (lol) now consider myself to be in decent shape (picked 6) but what I have to compare myself to at the gym are cardio bunnies (ya know, 5foot6, 110 lbs!! I cant "compete" with that)....

But if I dare a comparison to what I used to be, Im an 11 right now at 160, 12% bf !!

I will never ever ever be satisfied anyway!
