Yes, maybe their parents force them, girlfriends, or wives.. Maybe they are obese and HAVE to lift so they don't die, stuff like that.

No, actually I dont, I'de much rather sit on my ass, read and drink yoohoo's, if that would build the same amount of muscle.

I hate lifting. But I go to the gym, because I enjoy doing things I hate.

I have a love-hate affair with weights. I love them because I have to, I hate them because I want to.

    Exclamation

I love Lifting, eating, and sleeping, so with that combination I is all good.
And nobody is making you do anything, not when you just started or when your a Pro.
It's your own choice and you should not hate it, unless the hating part gives you more energy and enables you to lift more, then it's all good.

well i personally would prefer not to but i want to grow muscle so i use the gym to stimulate muscle growth.
If there was a magical pill to get big muscles then i would take that rather than go to the gym!

If I didn't have to train to be strong, fast, flexible, and healthy

    I wouldn't.

I could think of better things to do with my time, that are more fun
+ I am getting older everyday, so the hours I train, produce lesser results -
