This has been happening for years, people come here and spam everyone about their "great new board", it's comical. I should have kept track over the years of all the boards that did this, 95% no longer exist.
You cannot just set-up a board and spam other boards and think that will make you successful, it takes A LOT more than that to build a site like this.
BTW, this November will be our 5 year anniversary, and if you have not noticed we now have over 15,000 members, and we should hit 1 million posts in about a week or so.

Couldn't agree more. This is definitely one of the best body building sites out there, in my opinion. Lost of smart, experienced folk use this site and the articles are excellent. No bs here.

yes today i was hit with a PM also. So I signed up to the site. no biggy my friend. this is about the 6th time in the last year. I belong to 18 different sites in the last year. I do have 300 + post on one when I first started. But belonging to now 19 different sites, I will say that IM is by far the best.
