do ya'll drink?

if so, what do ya like?

I don't drink alot, but tonight I have decided to have a drink. Some Cruzan rum and diet coke

I binge drink when i do so i try and avoid going out to pubs/clubs these days.

Used to get totally pissed 2 nights a week.


But bodybuilding = sacrifice

I do love binge drinking...i sometimes can't help myself even when in the middle of a routine



Age 19, Weight 132lbs , height 5'4", 8% bodyfat, 100% natural.

Deadlift - 274lbs (NEW PB 9/8/2005)
Squat - 274lbs (NEW PB 19/8/2005)
Bench press - 154lbs
Total - 702lbs @ 132lbs

right on.

It isn't nothing for me to suck down 4-6 Miller Lites on the weekends, but I do not like to often. As you stated, bodybuilding = sacrifice

Quit about 2 weeks ago, hopefully for good, but at least the next 4 months I'm on the wagon.

Being in high school and underage, I'll drink anything possible. I like Corona alot though. And 151.
