Weight lifting obsolete?

I was reading an article on the future of the American army and there is a new technology which helps the soldier lift huge weights even if the soldier is relatively weak on the battlefield with a special light weight suit! how exactly does this work? and i would prefer wearing the suit then being strong through going to the gym!

it was quite a while ago so i cant retrieve it! the new soldier is supposed to be like a walking f-16 with better logistics and this new suit! also the weapons they showed are impressive. If i recall this will be in 9 years!

ROFL, no, weightlifting will not be obsolete. Youll look like an absolute retard walking around with your 'cybersuit', but, that thing would be wicked in the field.

im sure fashion will change over the years and this suit would become more lightweight in time as technology changes

I'm doing this to look good... with clothes off. If everyone had a "strong suit" their would be no desire for it.

why? it will make you faster, and stronger. ive read an article similar. it was in a popular science magazine a few months ago about our future soldiers. somehow it picks up on the electrical impulses of the muscles and then becomes rigid or flacid depending. seems like a pretty impresive bit of science to me.
