banning the I.P address to this forum will stop his internet connection from any computer in his house from getting to this forum.

Unless he has more than one modem.

Its easy to get all kinds of new IP adresses for your computer.

It think that's how it works but i am crap with computers

I depends on his Internet provider. Most people do not have a static I.P. address. His address may change every day (MSN) or twice a year (Comcast). If he's using a dial-up, it'll change every time he connects to his service provider.

thats not nice, actually my ip doesnt change and i have learnt my lesson! its bloody hard to get back on though, harder than i thought so i wouldnt recommend being banned!

insulted cowpimp, then he snitched and i got banned with my best friend tree (its was him most of the time).
the banning has fucked up my inet as i had to change the mac address so all web pages are super slow to load and i cnt fix this problem til i get into uni which will have a different ip address and many of them!
