I agree with you. doesn't look like 250 lbsOriginally Posted by gococksDJS

Those look like 25s but who knows, all I know is the form doesn't resemble a clean extention. Which is not to say I'm putting the guy down, but I can bump my numbers up too if I trained like that.

his form sucks on both those lifts! Nothing impressive about those videos at all! He fucking bounces the bar (which I agree doesn't look like 250lbs. Looks more like 75lbs in sand filled weider plates) off the bench and it is more of a pull over. his deadlift is awful! That weight basically crushed him as he was just trying to get it off the floor. His form sucked and he hitched it all the way. I don't see anything cool about his lifts.![]()

P-funk has spoken.
I was trying to figure out what he was doing in the first vid (pullovers or skulls)!?!?
That dead was brutal looking, and was he fixing his straps the whole first part???
(puss) Max DL w/straps???

Could he have done it w/o the straps???Originally Posted by P-funk

props for hitting 660 w/straps and such poor form -

Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
