I have heard that chronic usage of the chronic can lower testosterone levels, but I've never seen a study or heard and specific numbers. I smoke pot on a somewhat regular basis; I'm really a weekend smoker at this point. I used to smoke more. Even when I was smoking a Hell of a lot I didn't notice any lack in strength or mass gains. The same goes for some friends of mine who lift and smoke.
I know, it's just a little empirical evidence, but take it for what it's worth. Everyone else is just spouting heresay anyway.
