I don't think it has to do with actually having kids, but the fact is if she has three kids by three different men it is hard for me to imagine her also being a mature, responsible, and intelligent person. Plus the fact that you would always wonder if she is with you so that you can support her kids. Plus the fact that the other men will most likely always be around, and if she has already proven herself to be irresponsible, can you trust her not to fuck her ex when you aren't around? probably not.

Theres billions of possibilities in which Id say yes.. But there are by far more possibilities, and more importantly, realities to which Id not even be up for a one night stand.
