Ill die at 72, on the same day that John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson died.. not to mention independence day... so very cool, I can settle for this

Wednesday, May 7, 2014. Damn dead at 37 it must be that extra muscle that makes me weigh more than my height should allow.

yeah BMI doesn't really say much.

BMI is really just good for overweight people.

I remember reading that a guy couldn't get in to the police force becuse his BMI was not good but this guy was a bodybuilder, so that extra weight was just muscle!

Muscle is 30% heavier than fat
