I think the calculator is pumping out pretty high numbers. I am over almost all of them I think, but I am a big guy. I can't imagine the ideal sizes only being slightly smaller than me. That thing would give a lot of guys a complex about being too small.

You realize ideal size is not based on bodybuilders, but normal people
most of which do not weight train...

That is what I am saying. The ideal sizes aren't that much smaller than I am. When it says that my ideal bicep measurement is 16.3in, I think that is pretty big for "ideal" standards. Mine are only an inch more than that. 16.3in is not ideal for normal people.

I am only slightly under for most of the measurements, and I consider myself well short of my ideal size. I guess I must have a small frame.

I believe that "Ideal" refers to a great physique not a bodybuilder on roids or an average person, but rather a nice physique that is athletic and very fit.
