if you don't speak up you are just another set of sheep eyes in the crowd. u know how much tax payers pay for the shitty education you're getting. i'd write up a report of some of the more blatent misconceptions she is spewing n send it to the local papers. trust me they'll go with it.

She will fuck your grade if you complain to her. However, if it really bothers you, complain to administration, but do it in the correct manner. Be prepared to provide evidence (that complaint is valid, and examples of correct information) and good reasons for complaint (improper PE teaching screws the students).

See the problem here is you are letting one or two, God forbid, three teachers form your opinion of public education. If our education system is in such dismay then it remains a cunundrum why we are the most powerful and "stable" country in the world. We just had this discussion in class today, what would happen if an entire generation took on this attitude???????????????????? Our quality of life would digress and we would end up as our ancestors were......in the dark ages! you see studying history for example allows us to understand the mistakes that were made in the past. Now I am not saying we won't make the same mistakes, fact is we usually do. But it affords us the opportunity to avoid similar situations. now will you use the trig and advanced math classes......maybe or not. But the real benifit of education is realizing how you can appliy this knowledge that you are so willing to avoid or dismiss ans incorrect. Open your mind and don't be so quick to judge, learn and make the world a better place!

    Peace out.

Fuck that was an inspiring piece wasn't it?

Are you talking to me? We have some of the dumbest kids in the world. There was a study on the average math and science skills of 12th graders all over the world. You know what place we got? 33rd. Below madagascar. One or two teachers? More like over half. We are the most stable because we have the most money.

This might be due in part because we let anyone go to school. Even know it all dumb asses. Other places like japan for example would kick weed them out or place them on a different tract, like garbage man. As for the record yes, I was talking at you not to you.

you ever see on jay leno when they ask young adults questions most grade schoolers should know the answers to? we are raising a nation of morons and part of it is because of the prevalent let it slide attitude. too much effort to set anything straight so to hell with it. we will get exactly the educational system we deserve.

Any idea how many "normal" kids he has to go through until he finds the stupid/funny ones? You know, funny people for a comedy show.

I guess what I am looking at is the ability to last throughout history. We have one of the oldest and more stable forms of government in the world. I am not saying there isn't room for improvement. We also boast one of the more stable economies in the world. Everyone else's mode of meassure is the Us stock exchange. If our economy struggles so does everyone else. We are a world leader becasue we have the means to control many aspects of the world trade.

Hey, but they're usually a country with a population of less than a million. Show me a country of comparable in size and that's more stable than the USA.

So are you saying we should use the Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Epsilon scale to decide who gets what education?
