You would have to ask Rob, but I do know that advertising for this site " mod @ JUiCEDUK.com" burns huge amounts of bandwidth.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

All of the pointless stuff wastes bandwidth when it has to be sent to the various surfers at any given time and of course poll threads carry an extra bit of data along so they take a little more and if it's pointless then it ends up getting about 40 posts telling the author what a dumbass they are thus taking more bandwidth each time it's loaded, but once it's loaded it's not taking anymore bandwidth. The things that take bandwidth are the gif's and things in sig's that drag everything down, especially when a post whore has one in their sig and they have 30 posts on one page.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
