in my case since I was on for so long if I had a bad training session or didn't feel like working out for a week, etc. I would always tell myself that there is always next week or next month, to train a little harder, or clean up the diet a little more, etc. for me there wasn't that pressure of only have "x" number of weeks to make the most out of the cycle.Originally Posted by P-funk
