Being totally ripped and shredded is important. It expresses strength, totality, completeness, truth - and beauty! The size of a person is not necessarily all that important but that they BE complete and total and being ripped and shredded helps "tell" the TRUTH!

it is not healthy nor feasible to maintain a ripped physique except for the few people that posess the genetics, as far as strength most are stronger when they have some bodyfat on them.
