    Bulking Up Sucks

    Bulking sucks. You always full and bloated. All you do all day long is moan, whine and fart. Then you spend 2 or 3 times a day sitting on the toilet and using a HALF ROW OF SHIT PAPER. Next comes ton's of cardio to keep the fat off. Is it really worth it or is just being in physically good shape and having sex all day and night more fun. You choose.

    don't think I'll ever really be "bulking" hardcore again. I like being at my current BW, just need to trade in some of this bf for more LBM..

    I definetly don't like stuffing myself with food
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    yeah, I agree....I would be rich if I didn't have my grocery bill. That's the main reason I hate being tall and trying to bulk. I have to eat ALL THE TIME!!!

    On hardcore bulks I am on the pot 6 times a day dude, 2-3 is nothing for me My rear end was not happy with me, between eating, going to the bathroom, work and working out - I had no free time to speak of.

    Right now anything over 3k calories though for me would be a "bulk," raising calories too much at once is just asking for bodyfat.

    If your fiber is on target you dont hardly wipe at all btw. Get in your greens or get some Metamucil (I have some). Green beans are my filler right now.

    Food = good
    eating = good
    eating good food = very good
    bulking = motherfucking great

    If you do it right you will be hungry as fuck when bulking even if you just eat.

    The roll of shit paper wasn't a true statement for me. Was just goofing around with that part. I get plenty of fiber. I have 3 cans of gr beans a day and 2 cups of dry oats a day.
