I might work 25-30 hours a week and 80% of that time I'm on the phone

My work week depends on the time of year with different landscaping jobs, snow removal, and selling other people's stuff on ebay.

Define "work", do you mean exerting force towards accomplishing something, or just "work" as in being on the job?
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

That sucks if you are not pulling in over 100K. In 10 years you will feel and look like 44 and will wonder where your youth went. But if you are saving 40+K a year who cares.
