Always love to see a guy sportin the red white and blue, you are an example we all should follow, with one caveat. I think you may need to train your legs just a wee bit and maybe, just maybe, you may want to cut up a little bit, just a little bit.

Why is this shit in Training?! Can a mod please move it to Open Chat or just delete it to make a point about posting crap in Training?
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Actually I did that in mockery of whoever claimed there were wires in the Frank Abott bench (I think that was his name anyways) picture. I didn't even check to see if it actually looked like that in this picture. Oddly enough, there really are wires here...

I don't see what's so funny. The guy obviously has physical developmental problems and he's working his ass off at the gym.

    Nothing funny about that.

That bench is fucked up looking. And why would the trainer put the bottle of disinfectant right next to his water bottle, that is an accident waiting to happen.

Actually, it was a little funny that he even asked. It's not as if it's difficult to tell from the picture about how much he was doing.

Strangely enough, I didn't even notice that he didn't appear to be physically ordinary in the picture. I just saw a 10 on each side of the bar and knew it was a joke. Don't always assume that others catch everything you do, no matter how painfully obvious it may seem. Of course, that can be applied to what I just said about it being easy to judge the weight, but in that case the person would actually be trying to look at the amount of weight.

I agree. I used to work Special Olympics, and trained people with developmental challenges. No, IM not a touchy-feely Liberal. But don't post shitty pics like this and joke and laugh about it.

I use to tutor autistic students when I was in high school. Normal people find it hard enough to study and compete in sports, for people with physical or mental developmental problems is so much more difficult yet they try.

I don't mind if someone calls someone else a tard or such, but picking on a retarded person who's trying is pretty shitty.

That's the thing - the people who don't do anything with what they have should be the ones called 'handicapped.' Autistic people would probably give anything to just be normal, except they may not want to be because of how 'normal' people act.

I do mind when someone calls someone else a retard. It's just not funny; the people who really are disabled certainly can't help it, and probably work ten times harder than whatever dolt is doing the namecalling.
