Nintendo hasn't been king for a very long time now. When there are months after release when all they have are Mario games and kiddy games, thew screwed themselves.

It's going to run all the old NES, SNES, and N64 games, so it appeals to me.

And Atari came before Nintendo, does that make them awesome? No, the fact is Nintendo is washed up and hasn't been on top for a very long time.

Nice handhelds, thats about all I can say for them.

For the next generation systems, other then the Xbox 360, things are still in speculation. I'm actually considering getting the old NES or Sega Genesis systems mainly due to the fun factor involved when at those old times developers HAD to be creative and good in making games because of the console limitations plus they could max out the console's hardware much more easily compared to the next generation supercomputers. Yeah, that's what I would call them. Remember: R.B.I. Baseball-NES, Bases Loaded-NES, Super Castlevania-Super NES, Altered Beast-Sega Genesis,
Super Mario 2-NES, NHL Hockey 93 (I think that's the year)- Sega Genesis. I kinda wished arcades would come out with better stuff because I haven't been in one for a long time and those were certainly the days as a kid when I had the most fun esp. playing Street Fighter 2 for like hours till end after school! And those tournaments, um I never win, but so what it was still really fun. Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if I do get one of the next generation systems and still buy the current (2005) games just to justify the high cost of the next gen. console. Okay, I'm getting a little nerdy here so I'll just stop here. :-)
