broke my hand...what do i do?

This past weekend i broke 2 metacarpals in my right hand
Im guessing I need a cast for like 4 weeks (if more, i'll rip the fucking cast off myself).

I was just making some of the best progress of my life, and now this. Seriously, what do i do? I think i'm gonna lose it
You're a funny guy, Sully, I like you. Dat's why I'm going to kill you lahst.

That suck bro especially if you use your right hand to beat off with . No that really sucks. Just do what ever lifts you can, making sure to work the body parts equally. In otherwords don't curl with the left arm. If you can't curl with both then skip that exercise. Looks like you could do legs, shrugs. If you can use some kind of wrist straps then maybe T-bar rows...Not sure

I feel your pain, man! I had to layoff for three months.

MyK is right on: do cardio and legs.

When you get your cast off, still don't push it. The bone may be weak for a while still and you don't want to rebreak it by putting too much weight on it.

Until you get your cast off, you'll just have to use your other hand.

You can heal the right way then come back strong
or you can train and make it worse
    easy choice
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Stop masturbating in front of concrete walls.

In all seriousness, after a week or 2, you could prolly do some band work so long as you secured the band to your cast below where your hand is. Your forearm will still shrink, but at least you can get some bi/tri/shoulder/chest/back work in.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

In my humble opinion, having broken quite a few bones, there aren't any "good" ones to break.

You don't even want to know, dude. Before I started working out I broke my left arm and my forearm was like an inch smaller (keep in mind I was 11 and an inch was A LOT) I don't know how long it took to show sings because I had a full arm cast. I would think that you would lose muscle that you worked hard for much faster because your body doesn't want to keep it in the first place. You will gain it back faster than I did though.

I had my leg in a cast for 6 months and my thigfh was nothing after that. your looking at six weeks, you may lose some muscle, but you'll rebound fast, something to do with muscle memory or something.
