They are starting filming on Rocky VI...

Here in Philly in December. Is this movie gonna me more or less of a piece of crap than Rocky V?

I am thinking worse, although Adrian dies so it can't be all that bad.

This one is going to be filmed just like the first one: low budget with some no-names (other than Stallone), as far as I know.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

I think he should get in a slap fight with Uncle Paulie in Philly's gayborhood. I would pay $10 to see that.

    Rocky 5 was legendary...

How could a quote this badass be in a bad movie?

That was a stupid ass quote. I liked the, "This ain't no pie eatin' contest" better, but still a shitty movie.

Good on Sly for hitting it again at 60, but by lord, I hope it's the last.

Apollo Creed: "I'll drop you like a bad habit."

    Rocky: "Yo, Adrian."

I'm afraid Rocky 7 would look something like this

Could you just hear Sly saying "Do me a favor...pull your lip over your head and swallow."
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

I like Rocky 5. I enjoyed all the Rocky's. Where exactly are they filming it in Philly? South Philly?

    Here's the ending:
same as the opening until the whole recovery thing.
Rocky dies and as they go to visit his grave. THE END
This opens the door for Rocky VII where it is announced that Rocky rises from the dead and is in fact Jesus Christ. Then he prepares for a fight against Satan. I think the studios can take it from there.

    Where you at Double?

I believe alot of the initial was in the Kensington area, not a very good area now or back then, but very representative of Philadelphia's image.

Forgot to put, Mr T was on Howard Stern not too long ago saying he was going to be in it as Clubber Lang again. For those of you who don't remember Mr T, here is a short video clip to bring you up to speed...

    Mr T

Ya I remember that interview. He's so annoying on the radio. Talks so fast and never shuts up.

Why is he a living legend? Because he was on the A-team, was a bouncer, lied about having cancer? Was in Rocky 3? Wear's a lot of jewelry?
