    Here's a pretty good driver...

If sense were common, everyone would have it.

How old is your PC?! What is your operating systems? Windows 98? Windows Me?

You have to register (pay?) at the ATI website for the older drivers.

'Course, you could just download them from here.

An older PC is better than no PC. How much RAM do you have?

RAM? not sure I believe its 64 MBs.. I actually put this thing together myself.. factory dell 4100 (dimension) mother board and video card.. I added an 80Gig hardrive and now I cant seem to get the adapter to work.. Keeps conflicting with the PCI communication device.. weird...

But yeah the video card is a ATI rage 128 ULTRA 32mbs and I registered for the ATi site but cant find that exact driver. Everything I tried didnt work

No, it's yours free and clear. It's an older card (about 3 years or so) and doesn't support pixel shaders, but it's decent enough. I've got stuff like that sitting around collecting dust.

Usually I just put together PCs from stuff I pick up at work or my old parts and give them to people who otherwise couldn't afford one. Right now I don't have enough parts for a full PC, so the card is yours. PM an address I can ship to and I'll send it in a week or so.
