Here's a theory to test. Hire two people to dig an olympic size pool in your back yard. Make sure one of them is liberal. Tell the liberal to do all the work, and let the other guy just sit there. When the job is done, pay the liberal, then take half of the money and give it to the guy who has been sitting there the whole time.

I just pretend that the money I pay in tax goes to other things that I care about, I mean the small amount I pay I can pretend it went to pay for some soldiers recontructive surgery or went to the charity we sent to the Tsunami victims or the latest Earthquake victims, as long as there are people who feel that unaccountable welfare is where there taxed earnings should go then I have no quarrel with it. I however wish that my tax didn't have to go to a mangled soldier fighting another countries revolution, I mean I love revolution but if the revolters really aren't sure what they should be revolting for then the whole thing turns into a big game of ring around the rosie, we all fall down.

The ACLU and NRA are pure signs of America, I have no quarrels with them either.

FL here and I am hoping it wont come. The fucking projected path goes RIGHT over MY city. I am on the east coast, but this would be the 3rd time a hurricane makes a direct hit in 2 years.

The storm itself isnt bad, its the aftermath of no power and NO A/C for weeks that worries me. Staying out of the hot house just to go out and spend money on beer. It adds up.

We have a mandatory evacuation here starting tomorrow at noon, they predict we will get direct hit from it.

Few months ago a tornado was right outside my parents house. I never saw it, but it was loud as hell. I didn't have the stones to go look: debris was being sucked in & garbage was hitting their windows. Neighbors said it was a little one that went right over their backyard, never touching down. They only had a few trees knocked down.

I was really surprised at how loud it was. Didn't expect that...

I can't see how they can faithfully say it's going to spin towards Florida????
