    I love seeing . . .

    All sorts of people at the gym. The other day I saw a man in a suit and tie at the gym working out. Well, he was waiting on his wife and he checked out all the equipment in the gym, he even broke a sweat. And I love seeing . . old people at the gym. I am talking like 70-80 yrs old! And my personal fave is people who are in crutches or a cast. they could rest but if they are able to fit in a workout under thier circumstances then more power to them! Oh, and I wont forget all the pregnant women who are still out in the gym lifting! anyways, I was motivated more by seeing that in the past few weeks, just thought I would share!

    Anyways, yeah, I like to see different people too. Except sometimes its uncool when I see guys wearing sandles and a dress shirt.

    What's so uncool about that? I wear golf shirts instead of dress shirts, but my damned dress shoes come off immediately upon leaving the office in favor of barefeet or Tevas. And yes, I do wear them to the gym. Of course, they get changed prior to hitting the weights.
