My Gym

What kind of gym do you all go to? There’s two sorts of gyms, gyms for people and gyms for muscle heads, I used to go to the sort of gym which had sawdust on the floor and lots of grunting muscle bound men everywhere.

I now go to a gym call Total Fitness and it has saunas, aerobic exercise, classes, and women which was a rare site in my old gym, But I miss the loud music and the serious attitude everyone had at the hardcore gym and its hard to get the aggression up and they also have a lack of equipment.

I go to LA Fitness..................the only reason is it is $60 for the entire year...
But I'm thinking of finding a real gym.....I'm back over a 400 bench again and the pussy's at my gym are incapable of spotting me without killing me

The YMCA has a musclehead weight room, but also a weak people weight room with all machines.

LA Fitness in the UK is about $70 per month, you have a good deal. I am also thinking of going to a real gym as I'm sick of waiting for equipment

This one guy thought he was strong because he could lift the whole stack on the miltary press machine like 2 times. I tried the whole stack after a chest/tri workout and did it like 24 times. Machines suck.

I normally train with my cousin and we spot each other on the free weights, last week and this week he isn’t training so I am training by me self, so I thought, that’s OK I will use the machines. I have found that some machines are OK but others aren’t worth it cant seem to get the same pump as I do on free weights

I belong to Baja's world Training and Fitness. It's located at my house just 10 feet from where I'm sitting right now..

I lift at the gym here on campus. The weightroom was just recently renovated a couple of years ago and has all new equipment. The whole thing cost $3mil to do. The membership is already included in tuition, so why not? I am tired of all the half-assed frat boys that come down there and all of the part-time, New Year's Resolutionist/Spring Breakers fucks that crowd the hell out of the place and have no clue what they are doing. It does feel good when they all stare when I am lifting though.
