Only Brazil news I see is they voted against the Gun Ban, some people obviously more than once as V pointed out in the other thread.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

The gun ban lost, we are allowed to keep our guns. I dont have one though but the problem is that if thieves knew nobody had guns..

I think so too.. I think a black market of gun smuggling would become a major player in event of a ban in Brazil. Im not really familiar with the area but I hear alot of drug smugglers pass through

heck, apparently in Mexico all you can get is .22s after a ton of registration, yet about 6 weeks ago a group of smugglers went through a town with assault rifles and a rocket launcher like 13 police dead or something like that..

The funny thing is that the US was mad at the Mexican government for not stopping the smugglers that killed their police(and a few citizens) en route to come sell the drugs here.. If I was the President of Mexico Id come over and personally bitch slap the guy who complained(It wasnt Bush but somebody important)
.. and then Id start selling my citizens Assault Rifles and rocket launchers.. this shit is war bitches, bring the smugglers on!~

But Im curious how, and who played with that vote- the voter turnout and time it took to count the votes is amazing to say the least. Are they doing a recount or anything? or are those numbers being accepted as legit?

BTW hope you're not mad at me about the dam
