    Need Help!!!!

I have a problem guys. I am 20 years old and have been training for the past five years. I need to know if it would be wise to stack Parabolin with decan 300, and if so, in what dosage. Also, if it is a good decision to do this cycle, is there any way to prevent any hair loss (kinda need it for work). I am aware of the fact that Parabolin does not aromatize and the chances of any hair loss are low, but I cannot afford to loose any.

    Personal Information
    Height: 6 '
    Weight: 197 lbs
    Bench: 230 lbs
    Squat: 280 lbs

Any and all responses and suggestions would be greatly appretiated

You need to learn how to train and eat before you gass up....
21 or 22 is the youngest you should use steroids....

At your height and weight I would say build up to a natursal 300 bench and 400 squat...
they are not really exceptional lifts for a 195-220lb guy
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

I doubt it.....If it took you 5 years to get up to a 230 bench and 280 squat then you are doing something seriously wrong....
Post your exact workout in detail....and diet.

my diet consists of tuna, turkey, chicken, steak, baked potatoes, vegetables, pastas
    things of that nature

whenever I lift I always lift heavy. Usually 3 sets.I go to the gym 4 times a week. But not heavy enough to where I loose my form. I just think Ive hit a plateau in my training and I just need to know if there is any way I can make this cycle work. This will be my second cycle.

4 meals isn't a good way to measure your diet....try in calories. You should be getting at least 4500cal with your size. Are your four meals close to this? It also help to have a stash of protein inside for you muscles feed off constantly and avoid going catabolic. I wake up 4-6hrs into my sleep and pound a shake and a piece of fruit...then go back to bed.

point is I think there might be other things you can yet before going on at the age 20

No, my meals range anywhere from 4,000 - 5,000cal. I also pack a protien shake between each meal.
