Can you really watch horror movies while you are alone at home in total darkness besides the tv?

Yes. I can't watch a show/movie when the main character does something REALLY embarrassing. I feel embarrassed and i change the channel. Weird?? 0.o

I can watch them home alone while stoned, it's better that way.
I watched The Shining on acid.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

The part that freaked me out the most was the hot chick in the bath tub that turned out to be a decaying old hag.

I agree, that is the most disturbing part. People usually say it is the twins or the blood coming from the walls but that old woman is way worse. I wonder if the book is more scary, I recently read the exorcist and it was quite disturbing in some parts as well.

Horror porn is great, it's so exciting. Well, except for when it becomes real life, like someone stalking you... thats when it gets scary...
