    I own that video and every time I see that it is impressive. As far as training goes coleman is the man in bodybuilding. I love his training videos. Just a total animal!

    Dang, the average person would have a hard time with 200 pounds on a barbell let alone 200 pounds on a single dumbell.

    I wonder how many people will tell anyone pressing 200 pound dumbells to please lay the weights down quietly.
