If You Could Choose, Would You Be Short and Freakishly Muscular, or Tall and Thin?

So I downloaded Lee Priest's "Another Blonde Myth" video from torrentspy. Funny thing is that I'm just an athlete, not bodybuilder. I guess I'm just drawn by the work ethic of the best BBers so I've been downloading a lot of these videos lately. Plus Lee has some great exercise technique, unlike say Coleman and Levrone who often use momentum.

There's a segment where Lee seems to get a little testy about his height. He literally says it's "pathetic" that many of the taller BBers at around 6' have the same measurements as he does at 5'4". At least in the arms/legs, that is. There's no way in chest/shoulders due to a smaller skeletal frame. I guess many short people try to find other characteristics that make-up for the lack of height. I think in Western societies, nothing completely makes up for short height. Ironically, I think if Lee waited a little longer than age 13 to begin bodybuilding he'd likely be taller.

Anyway, so I was wondering if you could choose, would you rather look like Lee Priest during a contest -- 5'4", 225, shredded.

Or let's say Brad Pitt in Fight Club -- 6'0", 170 with decent cuts.

For comparison, here are some pics below. Hope I can get the poll posted correctly.

I gotta go with being tall with low BF. Society is brutal to short people, even short people with muscles. Even in the BB world, height matters. There's no question that Lee's height hurts him in contests.

Taller people make more money, and I dare say get more pussy in general with all things being equal. Overall, I think your life is better by being tall. Meaning average height or taller -- 5'10" +.

Brad Pitt is currently having sex with one of the hottest women on the planet and makes $20 million a year. Therefore my vote would go for that.

I'd rather look like him anyway - I think most people get the wrong idea about freakishly huge guys and judge them as either full of themselves or juice monkeys. I'd rather look really healthy and still get the "nice arms" comment. Although I would rather be about 15 pounds heavier - not huge, but still ripped.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

Tall and lean.. even being Brad Pitt's build in Fight Club, doesn't mean you couldn't bulk and gain 20 later. You could never grow taller.

Just to clarify, this isn't a question about living someone else's life. The basic question is how much you value height compared to other physical characteristics.

Brad looks too skinny there in my opinion, he looked better in that Troy film.

I think the ultimate physic would be Steve Reeves. Not to big not too small.
Whats with the Brad pitt fixation.....is this a metrosexual thing also?
