He's alive. I just lifted with him today, he pulled 600.

There was nothing wrong with CaptainDeadlift. It's just that Triple Threat seemed more appropriate.

    -----------

I was recently thinking about how the number 3 plays (or has played) a key role in my interests and in my life.

First, there’s sports that I’ve participated in. There’s football, which involves throwing, kicking and catching the ball. In basketball, there’s shooting, rebounding and passing the ball. For baseball, you’ve got throwing, catching and hitting the ball.

There’s the big three of power-lifting (the type of training I prefer) – squat, bench, and deadlift.

On the ski slope, there are three levels of skill – beginner, intermediate, and expert.

In bridge (the card game), there are three areas requiring skill – bidding, defense, and declarer play.

In my profession as a computer programmer, there’s three phases of software – design, code, and test.

There are the three rings of matrimony – engagement ring, wedding ring, and suffering.

And finally, there’s flick it, lick it, and dick it.

    you sir, are my Yoda....
Success leaves clues. People who produce outstanding results do specific things to create those results

Don't forget women have 3 orifices making them the best choice for screwing.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
