Besides Mr. Lam's High Protein tuna shake this might be just as bad

Ok here's the Deal. You must make it high in protein and use between 4 and 6 ingredience. Must also be healthy for you and also contain Carbs and fats

    2 Scoops Chocolate Whey
    1/3 cup cooked Beets
    1/3 cup cooked broccoli
    2 Tb natural peanut better
    1/2 c raisin bran

    There's mine now beat it.

One day I was pressed for time and had to catch a bus, I tossed a tuna sandwich bread lettuce tomato and all in a chocolate Met-RX MRP with banana, yummy.

Green beans, cottage cheese and oatmeal once too.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

What's nasty is my friend Colin used to put the raw, dry protien powder in his mouth and then drink water to wash it down, I tried it and must have inhaled half of it.

We may have a winner. Today Aceshigh added Tuna to his Whey powder drink. Fucker says he's been choking all day long cause he inhaled some down his lungs someway. He wins my gold medal award just for trying. Way to go "Aces"
