It's a standard barbell row but using an underhand grip. It puts your biceps in a stronger mechanical position, thus allowing you to work your lats harder.![]()

A barbell row is done close to horizontal and a Yate's Rows is done at 45 degrees.


Is there an animation anywhere? I couldn't find one on that powerlifting site.
