Hey if you know someone smarter on this board in regards to Nutrition, Training or Gear please let me know.
I'm asking Mr. Lam to change his name to Dr. Lam I/M. We know your not board certified but close enough for me. We ask that you reply to my questions then in your previous years. You knowledge is very respectible and needed

Lam is certifiable
