    Gym Ownage

So I was at the gym the other day killing time after my workout before i had to go to wrestling. A couple of guys i know come in who know nothing about training and i decide to train them. So there is loud guy running around the gym kicking people off machines telling them he's training his friend. One of the people that he kicks off is my friends GF; Im just letting it slide because these guys are a dime a dozen. you know the type that guy whos been training for a month, who thinks he's hurcules/knows everything, runs from doing one set of curls, to squats, to bench, then puts chalk on his hands and gets on the tredmill. Anyway, we are over at the free weights and i am giving my friends pointers on lifting technique when this D-bag comes over for his singular set of bench press and spouts off, "is this guy training you?" to my friends and shakes his head. Alright, so im already sick of this guy and now he insults me; I walk over to what he is benching which is just like 140, and just start curling it while staring a hole through him. Then, I walk off without saying a word. And that guy also didnt say another word...the entire time he was in the gym!!

This has to be one of the funniest things ever...Do you actually think that we would believe you go to the gym?

Too bad, I would have walked up to you and started curling that barbell with one hand...weakling.
