Yeah, real similiar to peltier. Also, some processors, no matter how cold just aren't too stable beyond 3.7

Yep, look at the Kryo/Liquid Nitrogen PCs of some time ago, they were a few hundred MHz beyond aircooled systems but not multitudes of GHz.
