By definition yes there are. If you originate and live in an environment, you are indigenous, or native to that area. I'm am indigenous American. It's safe to say that the European colonists weren't indigenous.

I do believe that welfare needs to be seriously over-hauled.
I was in line at a super market some time back..the woman @ the register said the women that was in front of me was on welfare and pregnant w/ her 7th kid.
I say: if a person has time to fuq..they have time to work.
There are some who do deserve to have welfare...most don't. It's supposed to be an aid until you get back on your feet, not a way of life.
There is trash that needs to be cleaned up, grafitti (sp) needs to be washed off, etc.
They want that welfare check? They should have to EARN it. Then, they'ed be so damn tired at the end of their day, theyd not have time to make babies...
make them work X amount of maunal labor then X amount of hours getting some sort of basic skill set toget them being productive members of society.

Work harder: millions on welfare are counting on you.

I dont think that's asking too much. I work multiple jobs..so do many people...I just think those lazy muthas' should pull their own weight. I want to see something from my hard earned incomes...

There will always be lazy poor people who drain the system.

They do not know how to move up in class and do not care to learn. Let them take their $200 a month. I really don't care, they'l be left behind...They always are

I like the joke, but I don't see the truth. Most immigrants work very hard. Especially Mexicans migrants...They take any job
