2 live crew had an entire album banned, The Doors had the Video of Unknown Soldier banned. The Dead Kennedys had one banned too, Frankenchrist, NWA-Fuck tha police

I don't think you can just ban something all together from everything, unless of course you are chuck norris, in which case you say "you are banned" and the thing ceases to exist.________________________

back in the early 90s 2 Live Crew outta Miami had their Me So Horny banned from the radio...I also think NWA's Fuck The Police was banned from radio airplay as well
