Where exactly does one measure the wrist anyway, not on the 'bony' bit , but above or below it?

I guessed at 8"... It's actually pretty good. I do have more size than it suggest however but not by much. If I had the time to lift even half assed my measurements would far exceed it. But I assume big doesn't always mean ideal...

    wrists are 8 1/2

    ideal chest 52................actual 43 1/2

    waist 36.4......................actual 35

    hips 44.19999??.........................actual 40

    biceps 18.72..................actual 17.00

    forearm 15.0794................actual 14

    thigh 27.56.......................actual 24.

    calf 17.68..........................actual 16 1/2

    neck 19.24......................actual 16

    Height 5'7'' weight 196

I weighed 210 before the attack after that I went down to 186 now I am at 196 but most of it is not lean muscle now.

I just started training again just this week. I stopped after my pit attacked me and although I tried to make a comeback I failed.

So i'll use this thread as motivation and use it as a comparison, 3 months from now I hope to improve on these measurements.
