    I don't know what a Holo is but at the time I used the Joe Wieder weights from the department store Models back in the day.

    Kefe, if you were closer to NYC I would donate the weights that I have in my basement to you.

    I know what its like to have crappy weights and not being able to afford real weights.

    I have other bars i got a 7 foot straight bar 4 5 foot cheap ones and liek 8 one arm bars and a reagular ez that is cracked

    i started drinking at 12 although not heavily maybe 3 or 4 cans in a night, but yeah us europeans start at quite young hence we have 13 year olds here who are medically classed as alcoholics

    they should definately impose stricter law here but it has become so much a part of society that it too late to change, if anything they are making the laws even more relaxed. just this week a law was passed which means our pubs and bars can serve alcohol to people 24 hours a day where as before most places had to close at 2am. its madness
