When I was browsing at work today (on a break of course!) I kept getting "Server Busy," when trying to post in Open Chat.

the speed was never a problem for me but over the past few days if I refreshed the page or clicked a link I would get a page that said something to the effect of "server to busy."

I voted worse, and thats part of it. The other part is I have been "stuck" on several threads. Like the new page wont reload no matter what I do, whether I am trying to go to my user CP or new threads.

I got the server busy one or two times on
Thurs-24, Fri-25, Sat-26
At least once sometimes twice per day..
I dont remember if I got it Sun-27???
What I have been getting is...
If I take a long time to formulate a post..
IE: check my spelling or search for link to post from a different site,
The site will lock when I hit submit reply...
I have lost a handful of lengthy posts from this..
I don't remember when this started (sorry)
